I am a UK based commercial contracts and corporate lawyer with over 10 years of experience, working within the life science sector, including multi-national pharmaceutical companies and CRO organisations.

I have effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to project manage and handle business stakeholders with a calm customer-focused mindset coupled with strong commercial acumen.

Track Record 

• Managed and mentored a team of 10 to 15 Site Contract Leaders for Americas, executing over 800 agreements per year.

• Led global transition to a new investigator payment solution provider for 300 clinical contracts distributed over more than 17 countries.

• Supported a Joint Venture, to include putting in place new distribution and supply chain agreements with the new JV company.

Lead the implementation of a data privacy road map, which included identifying, and mitigating data privacy risks, ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and industry guidelines across global markets, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”).
